On Sunday afternoon we met some Mississippi Moms at the pumpkin patch. Jason wasn't quite sure why we were going since Brinkley had no clue what was going on, but he went along with it anyway. It really was fun although I felt like a horrible mom because I left Brinkley's binky in the car and halfway through the hay ride she just wanted to suck so I spent the rest of the time holding her thumb in her mouth because it kept falling out and she would start to get frustrated. *Note to self always carry the binky with us! Not to mention it was time for her to eat so I was ready to get off the trailer. She did really well and she can't wait for next year...she's already asked her daddy to take her back.

We also enjoyed spending time with Chris, Tanya, & Megan. Megan enjoyed throwing her little pumpkin (they have been throwing balls with her lately and the pumpkin was small and round, so why not chunk it?) Megan is getting so big so fast. I love having them here.

Sunday morning we took Brinkley to the church nursery for the first time. When we picked her up we of course asked: How did she do? The teacher's response: "She's a mover." I wasn't sure how to take that. Is that a good thing or a bad thing. I guess she did get something from her mommy after all, since her looks are just like her daddy. Anyway, below are quick snap shots taken in sequence...can you tell she's a squirmer?

First of all, I never heard the term Binky till I moved to Portland; where did you learn it? Secondly, binkys are important.
